Jill Berger

Pastry Chef
Jill Berger studied culinary arts at Orange Coast College and began her career path at Steamer Jazz Club and Café in Fullerton, where she worked as manager and chef.  She then moved on to The Patina Restaurant Group and The Fairmont Hotel, where she honed her culinary skills and developed an intense passion for pastry.  Prior to joining The Firehouse, Jill worked in the pastry department at Tower Café, a restaurant in Sacramento known for their wide array of desserts.
