The Firehouse Adds To New Culinary Team

Luisito Gonzales Named Pastry Chef

 

SACRAMENTO, CA – Bringing nearly 20 years’ experience in fine dining and 10 specializing in pastries and desserts, Luisito Gonzales joins The Firehouse’s expert culinary team, led by Executive Chef Deneb Williams.

 

Gonzales is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena and the Philippine Culinary Academy. He worked most recently at Brix Restaurant in St. Helena. Prior to Brix, he was Executive Pastry Chef at Green Valley Country Club and Pastry Chef at Bistro Jeanty.
