Megan Schuyler Named Director Of Operations

 

SACRAMENTO, CA The Firehouse Restaurant has hired Megan Schuyler as Director of Operations to oversee operations for the restaurant. 

 

Schuyler has extensive experience in restaurant management and organizational development.  Most recently she was General Manager of Piatti Restaurant in Sacramento where she was responsible for human resources, budget compliance and purchasing, organizational improvement and development of a strong client base.

 

Prior to that position, she served in several top management posts including General Manger of Café Bernardo, Assistant Manager for ANZU Restaurant in the Hotel Nikko San Francisco, and as Restaurant Manager at The Main Dining Room and The City Grill at The Olympic City Club in San Francisco.

 

Schuyler holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from University of San Francisco and earned Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Women’s Studies and Sociology from University of California, Davis.
