Sacramento’s Most Romantic Restaurant Presents Five-Course Valentine’s Day Menu

 

SACRAMENTOThe Firehouse, voted “Most Romantic, Best Special Occasion Dining, and Best Wine List” - Best of Sacramento 2007, plans spectacular culinary experience for Valentine’s Day dinner.

 

The Firehouse’s Valentine’s Day menu features five courses beginning with a choice of Ahi Tartare or Foie Gras-Risotto Croquette.  Second course offerings include Hibiscus-Lacquered Short Ribs, Crab-Stuffed Calamari or Baked Brie en Croûte.

 

A choice of Buffalo Mozzarella Salad or Shrimp Gazpacho Salad are offered as the third course, followed by an Intermezzo of Raspberry Sorbet before the main course selections of Filet Mignon, Monkfish wrapped in Pancetta with Spinach Mousseline, Five-Spiced Pork Chop, or Fruits de Mar of Butter-Poached Lobster, Pan-Seared Sea Scallop, and Skate Wing in Provençal Shellfish Fumet.

 

The experience is completed by a choice of Raspberry Semifreddo or Valrhona Grand Marnier Cake.

The Five-Course special menu is $115 per person.  Seatings are available from 5:00 p.m. through 10:30 p.m. in the Main Dining Room or the Courtyard Grill. 

 

Reservations are required.  Valet parking is available.
