Nichol Santisteven
Pastry Chef
Born in Los Angeles and raised in Livermore, Nichol Santisteven comes to The Firehouse from Citizen Cake in San Francisco, where she worked as a line cook and pastry sous chef. A graduate of the University of California, Davis and Le Cordon Bleu, Santisteven brings more than five years of culinary and pastry production experience to her position as pastry chef. Former experience includes positions at Lucca Restaurant & Bar, McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant and Ella’s Dining Room & Bar.
