Get ready for the return of sweata weatha! And, while patio season is nearly in the books, there's consolation in the form of pumpkin spice everything and the approaching holiday season; which is a truly magical time here in The Old Sacramento Waterfront District. Scroll on dear readers, for a look at all of the new fall menu items that we photographed for the seasonal menu updates we will be rolling out in the dining room, today!
Dinner:

Braised Pork Belly with tamarind chili glaze, sweet potato purée, roasted shallots, and fines herbs [$24].

Firehouse Beef Tartare Cannoli with shallots, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, capers, black truffle spiced crème, black garlic aioli, and shaved cured egg yolk [$23].

Garden Bruschetta with cranberry, butternut squash, goat cheese, almond brittle, apple hill apples, and arugula [$24].

Duck Mousse with dates, shallots, fines herbs, rehydrated cranberries, duck fat aioli, and fried leeks [$34].

Sweet Potato Dumplings with opal apples, house-made sausage, shallot rings, brown butter powder, and smoked garlic cremé [$24].

The Firehouse Wedge with pork belly bacon, shredded carrots, Shropshire cheese, pickled red onion, candied Marcona almonds, and bleu cheese vinaigrette [$19].

Butternut Squash Velouté with puff pastry basket, whipped goat cheese, crispy prosciutto, and herbed “caviar” [$20].

Mary’s Chicken Crépinette with fall harvest stuffing, locally farmed squash purée, fried kale, and chicken demi-glaze [$49].

Oven Roasted Local Black Cod with roasted purple potato, seasonal vegetables smoked tomato chorizo sauce, and caramelized onion purée [$60].

Maple Leaf Duck Breast with apple mostarda, charred brassicas, apple & celery root purée, and burnt corn polenta [$62].

Seared Day Boat Scallops with braised leeks, caramelized onion, oven roasted cauliflower purée, and pistachio-olive tapenade [$63].
