Event Recap: Champagne & Caviar

On Wednesday, July 20th, 2022 French bubbles from four different Champagne houses and locally farmed caviar from Sacramento's own Sterling Caviar came together in the storied Courtyard at The Firehouse for our first ticketed experience in over two years.

To say the team here was excited about it might be an understatement. Black truffles were shaved onto house-made potato chips. Caviar bumps were generously dolled out. Champagne bottles were opened with swords. There's also a Reel on Instagram in case you haven't seen it.


We've been hosting private events for quite a while now (and boy have there been a lot of weddings here this year!) but it was wonderful to welcome some old friends and new faces to our first ticketed experience since our 60's themed #FlashbackFriday event in January of 2020. And, we figured what better way to celebrate than with Champagne and caviar! So, that's exactly what we did.

If you were unable to make it, we hope to see you at the 2023 version, which will be held on Thursday, August 24th beginning at 5:30 PM.
