The Firehouse New Spring Menus: Available Now

It is Friday March 13th, 2026... But the only knife-wielding figures here are in the kitchen! And, when you dig into our NEW SPRING MENUS, you'll be glad they are. Available now are the below updates and tweaks on the classics, re-imagined for Spring 2026. In addition to these seasonal Dinner, Dessert, and Bar Bites menu updates, we are also offering a Chef-Crafted, six-course "Taste of Ireland" menu for $155 with optional wine pairings (+$45) in partnership with Downtown Sacramento Partnership and The Old Sacramento Waterfront.
Dinner:

Braised Pork Belly with carnival cauliflower, pickled mustard seeds & carrots, smoked tomato, and pan jus [$24].

Beef Carpaccio with lemon zest, artichoke hearts, arugula, frisée, shallots, asiago cheese, and extra virgin olive oil [$23].

Halibut Brandade with smoked lemon-caper emulsion, easter radish and parsley [$28].

Barbacoa Mac & Cheese with fresh jalapeños, pickled red onion, smoked gouda, shaved easter radish and micro cilantro [$26]. (Also available on our Bar Bites menu.)

Spring Pea Gnocchi with hot coppa, ricotta di bufala, spring onion, sofrito, baby leeks, grass-fed butter [$26].

Split Pea Soup with pork belly dust, parmesan cheese fondue, and brioche croutons [$22].

Talon’s Asian Salad with Napa cabbage, shredded carrots, radish, fried wontons, squash blossoms, and peanut dressing [$19]. (+ shown here) Ponzu-Chicken Breast: [$12]. (+) Seared Ahi Tuna: [$15]

Mary’s Chicken Breast with cornbread purée, hot honey, confit sunchokes, sun-blushed tomatoes, pork belly lardons, and kale [$49].

Potato Crusted Alaskan Halibut with chive & roasted garlic mashed potatoes, delta asparagus, and truffle verjus [$60].

Maple Leaf Duck Breast with roasted mushrooms, romanesco, cherry-honey glaze, confit marble potatoes, and smoked duck demi-glaze [$62].

Seared Day Boat Scallops with foraged mushroom risotto, romanesco, porcini crème, shaved truffles [$63].

Roasted Poblano Polenta with roasted corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and chile verde jackfruit [$42]. (Vegetarian.)
Bar Bites:

Day Boat Fish & Chips with tempura dipped daily fish, smoked & spiced coleslaw, and house-made tartar sauce. [$28].
Dessert:

Berry Cobbler with mixed berries and vanilla ice cream [$15].

Chocolate Whiskey Tart with coffee whip, lace brittle and whiskey caramel [$15].

Coconut-Passion Fruit Entremet with coconut dacquoise, coconut mousse, and passion fruit cremeux [$15].

Chocolate Flourless Cake with chocolate ganache, berry compote, and vanilla tuile [$15]. (Gluten free.)

Mocha Tres Leches with coffee whip, chocolate cake, and chocolate coffee bean [$15].
